HanTech Precision was formed 2007, successfully establishing itself as a first rate, quality oriented, competitive, CNC Machining source and parts supplier for a variety of manufacturing industries. We are located in Suzhou Industry Part, Suzhou in a new 60,000 square foot facility. Since 2007 our company has marketed itself merely through word of mouth and customer satisfaction. This has required us to work in tandem with customers during development, quality planning, and initial production stages. CAPABILITIES
            We possess technically advanced manufacturing equipment, allowing our skilled machine operators to easily hold stringent blueprint requirements as close as +/- 0.005. The depth of our talent and experience is evident from the moment you receive our first shipment of parts as scheduled or simply visit our facility.

            Our Process and CNC Programming uses AutoCAD for 3D capabilities and drawing exchange. While utilizing Pro CAD/CAM software created by Teksoft for quoting, process planning, fixturing and tooling, the CAM system allows us to create programs for our CNC machinery from computer-generated drawings. Thus, giving us the capability to efficiently and accurately manufacture quality parts.

Milling

HanTech Precision has established a reputation for excellent standards in innovative precision milling services – CNC milling, 3D milling, manual prototype and 4th

axis machining centres.

We are able to machine components in a wide range of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, bronze, titanium and plastics from prototype work to production

runs.

Our continual investment in the latest technology ensures that we are able to supply parts to the highest quality whilst remaining competitive.

We have within our extensive plant the following machines:

    Milling CNC up to 1100mm x 670mm x 750mm
    24 CNC Mills (CNC Machining Center), 3-4 axis machine
    3 x prototype mills – CNC control

Turning
HanTech Precision’s innovative precision turning services include CNC turning, CNC Sliding Head Machining and manual prototype turning.

We are able to machine components in a wide range of materials including Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Titanium, Bronze, Hasteloy and Plastics – from prototype work up

to batches of 100,000 plus. Our continual investment in the latest technology ensures that we are able to supply parts to the highest quality whilst remaining

competitive.

We have within our extensive turning section the following machines:

    46 CNC sliding head mill / turn centres from 1mm to 32mm
    8 CNC twin turret, twin spindle mill turn centres – 12mm to 65mm from bar, up to 10 inches in billet form
    8 CNC Auto lathes up to 15” diameter

SPC Controlled

    Statistical process control (SPC) involves using statistical techniques to measure and analyze the variation in processes. Most often used for manufacturing

processes, the intent of SPC is to monitor product quality and maintain processes to fixed targets. Statistical quality control refers to using statistical techniques

for measuring and improving the quality of processes and includes SPC in addition to other techniques, such as sampling plans, experimental design, variation

reduction, process capability analysis, and process improvement plans.

APQP

    Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) is designed to help organizations effectively plan the design and development of a new product. The Automotive Industry

Action Group (AIAG) has developed an approach to this process by providing a set of stages, gates, deliverable, and guidelines, which have been acknowledged by the

automotive industry as the accepted standard, and supports the requirements described in ISO/TS 16949 standard.
